Data Viz Poster Session

Submission and Award Criteria

Designed to be a low-stakes learning experience for all attendees, CERA welcomes back the Data Viz Poster Contest.

Posters should tell a story about why the data matters, answering the crucial question, “So What?”  Participants will vote for their favorite poster, and board members will score posters using a rubric that includes a rating on the effectiveness of storytelling.

Please use the form below to submit your intent to bring a poster to the conference.

You will be asked to provide additional details about your poster when you submit your poster at the conference, such as:

  • Where did you access the data?

  • What program(s) did you use to complete the data visualization?

  • Who is your intended audience?
